Meet the Doctor
Dr. Tony completed his B.A. and D.D.S. degrees at the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, NY. He completed his Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics at the University of Buffalo during 1979-1981. He was awarded OKU Society for Academic Honors by the University of Buffalo in 1979.
Dr. Tony is a member of many dental and orthodontic associations, which include the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Eighth District Orthodontic Academy, Niagara County Dental Society, New York State Dental Society, and The National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Tony specializes in orthodontics, growth guidance, adult cosmetics, obstructive sleep apnea, and TMJ. With extreme attention to detail, Dr. Tony is "hands on". He (and not assistants) will place and remove all braces. He respects all parents, children, and adult patients in his practice as if they were "family". He enjoys educating and sharing with staff and families all that he has learned everyday and the knowledge he has gained from 26 years of practice.
Dr. Tony is so passionate about orthodontics that he has developed and has been awarded patents for several appliances used world-wide. Four commercial orthodontic labs across the United States have been licensed to make the DeLuke Contoured Expander and DeLuke Oral Trainer, as well as the Facial Growth Indicator, a measuring tool used for facial-dental growth.
Dr. Tony is a native of Western New York, where he has lived with his wife Karen and their four sons and one daughter. When Dr. DeLuke is not busy with his patients, he enjoys skiing, singing, golfing, fishing, and sailing.
