Relieve Sore Teeth & Prevent Cavities
We have found the following tips really help sore teeth to feel better and also prevent cavities. Please try to follow these recommendations!
2 STEP BRUSHING :
Step 1: MASSAGE GUMS - Do not apply toothpaste! Brush the gums only for a minute or two with a dry toothbrush. You should feel the bristles pass over your gum tissues. Focus on massaging the gums because swollen gums are the main cause of soreness.
Step 2. CLEAN TEETH - Brush teeth 3 times a day (especially after meals). Use a waterpick once a day (after dinner) to reduce plaque and gingivitis.
Rinse with Phos-Flur (a highly concentrated fluoride), twice a week to help avoid cavities.
Visit your family dentist regularly for cleanings. Many dentist recomment a cleaning every 4 months, while wearing braces and fluoride treatments every 6 months.
